This article distinguishes between a firm’s corporate business model and business models of its various business units. Our aim is to provide new insights into how executives’ cognitive processes can influence corporate business model transformation decisions. We focus especially on top managers’ recognition of inter-organizational cognitions, that is, such cognitions about the firm and its businesses that are shared by the top managers and stakeholders of the firm in the industries and communities where it operates. Kvalitatīvās metodes ir pielietotas, lai analizētu, kā viņi pieņem, pielāgo vai apstrīd normatīvo regulējumu un pieņēmumus par to, kas ir Latvijas vīns un kā tam vajadzētu tikt ražotam un izplatītam konkrēta tirgus sektora ietvarā post-industriālajā ekonomikā. Academic literature provides us with evidence supporting the demand to device teacher training programs able to aim awareness and reflection about inclusive education themes, moving beyond the only theorical and technical knowledge. Arviointi ja palautteenanto ovat oleellisia asioita opettajan jokapäiväisessä työssä. Lisäksi asenteiden tutkiminen on tällä hetkellä suosittu tutkimusala. Tässä tapaustutkimuksessa tutkittiin, millaista vuorovaikutuksellista palautetta opettaja antaa oppilailleen alakoulun englannin kielen tunneilla, ja millainen yhteys sillä on oppilaiden asenteisiin englannin kieltä kohtaan.
