In this dissertation, I study the observance of holy days among the peasantry in the early modern province of Savo, located on the eastern periphery of the Swedish kingdom (today Eastern Finland). I examine the practices, norms and meanings related to the observance of holy days both within and outside the Church, and analyse the changes and continuities in the post-reformation period. As the main sources of the study, I use district court records and visitation records mainly from the period 1639–1712. The purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles that are hindering organizational environmental communication among the target group in the case company. After identifying obstacles, this thesis tries to find solutions to improve organizational environmental communication and knowledge sharing among the target group. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan Ilta-Sanomien ja Urheilulehden vuoden 2011 miesten jääkiekon MM-kisauutisoinnissa tuotettuja yleisörepresentaatioita. Tutkimustehtävänä on eritellä urheiluyleisölle lehtijutuissa tuotettuja toimija-asemia ja tulkita niihin liittyviä merkityksiä. Jutuissa käsiteltäviä yleisöjä ovat niin tapahtumissa paikanpäällä olevat fanijoukot kuin vastaanottimien välityksellä tapahtumia seuraavat. The aim of the research was to describe the relationship between attitudes toward globalization and life satisfaction and identity processes in the group of young adults. The sample included of 403 people at the age of 19–35 (M = 22.84, SD = 2.81), 219 women (54.3%) and 184 men. The relations were measured with the use of three questionnaires: Questionnaire of Attitudes Toward Globalization (Senejko, Łoś, 2016), Questionnaire of Identity Formation by A. Oleszkowicz, A. Słowińska (referring to the Dual-Cycle Model of Identity Formation by Luyckx et al., 2006) and SWLS Questionnaire (Diener et. al., 1985). Data analysis was based on structural equation modeling.
