The personal decision about the professional future of the minor, constitutes an aspect of the development of his free personality, and, like every decision that affects him, it must be adopted considering the principle of the best interests of the child. The parents, in the exercise of parental authority, have the legal representation of their minor children, except for the acts related to the personality rights, which can be carried out by the minor child himself if he is mature enough. When personality rights and economic rights converge, it is necessary to determine the role the parents play, which in the end will always have to be the protection and respect for their children?s rights.

In view of the doubts that the future of the public pension is raising and the concentration of savings in Spanish property, the reverse mortgage is once again being put on the table as a viable alternative to complement a public pension with little revaluation, in view of the increase in life expectancy and expenses after retirement.

Abstract This paper makes a prediction of Chinese stock index (CSI) future prices using fuzzy sets and multivariate fuzzy time series method. We select Chinese CSI 300 index futures as the research object. The fuzzy time series model combines the fuzzy theory and the time series theory, thus this model can solve the fuzzy data in stock index futures prices. This paper establishes a multivariate model and improves the accuracy of computation. Recent climate change is altering the migratory behaviour of many bird species. An advancement in the timing of spring events and a shift in the geographical distribution have been detected for birds around the world. In particular, intra-Palearctic migratory birds have advanced arrivals in spring and shortened migratory distances by shifting northward their wintering grounds. Actively thinking of one's future as an older individual could increase perceived risk and risk aversion. This could be particularly relevant for COVID-19, if we consider the common representation of the risk of being infected by COVID-19 as associated with being older. Increased perceived risk could bear consequences on the adoption of preventive behaviours. Thus, we investigated whether increasing the salience of individuals' future as an older adult would impact on their perceived risk for COVID-19 and medical conditions varying for age-relatedness.
