International audience; Souvent considérée comme privilégiée par rapport aux autres jeunes, la population étudiante apparaît de plus en plus hétérogène en termes de ressources comme de conditions de vie. Les premières enquêtes sur les conséquences de la pandémie ont pointé cette dégradation des conditions de vie et d’études pour une partie de la population étudiante. Cette proposition de communication se base sur l’exploitation d’une enquête sur la vie étudiante durant le premier confinement. Elle s’interroge notamment sur les effets de la dégradation des conditions de vie des étudiants sur leurs manières d’étudier. Il presente contributo propone una riflessione pedagogica sulla relazione educativa tra la figura del tutore legale volontario, istituito con la Legge n. 47 del 2017 e l’adolescente migrante “solo”, accolto nel Sistema di Accoglienza e Integrazione (SAI). Partendo dall’esperienza educativa della tutorialità, assunta nella presa in carico degli adolescenti soli come una nuova forma di affiancamento e pratica dell’aver cura del mondo interiore ed esperienziale del minore, che presenta aspetti linguistici e culturali differenti, si cercherà di far emergere i tratti essenziali che costituiscono il suo bisogno di essere riconosciuto come persona. Restoration of a polymateric sculpture of the immaculate conception

This study focuses on the intervention methodologies applied on a polymateric polychrome sculpture of the Immaculate Conception (18th century), located inside the chapel of the Oratorio dei Falegnami in Palermo. The peculiarity of this artefact is the employment of two different supports, upon which both the ground and paint layers are laid: a wooden one, carved and prepared, for the execution of the anatomical parts, and a textile one, sewn, pinned on and stiffened with glue, for the garments. The paper deals with the structural vagueness of the legal measures enacted by the Italian legislator to manage the Covid-19 pandemic. Can we demand more certain norms? Is personal liberty taken in due account by the legislator? Starting from these and similar questions, the paper proposes a reconstruction of the law and of the underlying legal ideology of contemporary constitutional States. Unlike the modern State, which was characterized by the authority principle and the value of legal certainty, the contemporary constitutional State seems to be willing to sacrifice authority and certainty on the altar of more justice and flexibility.

Contagious agalactia (CA), a disease caused by Mycoplasma agalactiae and other pathogenic mycoplasmas, is a well-known multietiological syndrome affecting dairy breeds of sheep and goats in the Mediterranean basin. The aim of this work was to study the effect on milk production and composition of mastitis caused by M. agalactiae in Valle del Belice dairy sheep. All ewes were manually milked twice daily and the milk from both daily milking was analysed for milk composition and somatic cell counts. This study is primarily concerned with the security of transactions and contracts in contexts in which there is more than one legal system - in bijural (or multijural) societies - and with the contribution that bijural lawyers can make to the security of transactions and contracts, that is with the productivity of bijural lawyers.
