References vielu izvēle polifenolu daudzuma aprēķināšanā ekvivalentos

Polifenoliem ir labvēlīga ietekme uz cilvēka organismu. Tiem ir tādas funkcijas kā asinsrites uzlabošana, asinsvadu elastības uzturēšana, hronisku iekaisumu reakcijas mazināšana, brīvo radikāļu neitralizēšana, šūnu novecošanās aizkavēšana un daudzas citas. Daudzi no polifenolu izraisītiem veselības ieguvumiem var būt saistīti ar to antioksidantu lomu. Lai varētu izmērīt kopējo polifenolu daudzumu augu preparātos ir ieviesta references ekvivalentu pieeja. Šajā darbā piecu Vaccinium spp. ogu izpiedņu ekstraktos kopējais polifenolu daudzums tika izmērīts ar Folin-Čikolto metodi un aprēķināts gallu skābes, kvercetīna un rutīna ekvivalentos uz mg ekstrakta. Se abordan aquí tres aspectos relativos a la Ley española de eutanasia, promulgada el 24 de marzo de 2021, que resultan especialmente problemáticos: la falsa configuración de la eutanasia como un ?derecho subjetivo?, el falso protagonismo de la autonomía del sujeto y la calificación de la eutanasia como ?muerte natural?. Se sostiene la tesis de que la ley solo ha despenalizado el delito eutanásico cuando se realiza de acuerdo con los requisitos legales; de que no existe un derecho a la muerte y por tanto no es la voluntad del solicitante la que determina la prestación eutanásica y las repercusiones que se producirán en diversos ámbitos por la calificación de muerte natural.

The depth of the mixed layer is a major determinant of nutrient and light availability for phytoplankton in stratified waterbodies. Ongoing climate change influences surface waters through meteorological forcing, which modifies the physical structure of fresh waters including the mixed layer, but effects on phytoplankton biomass are poorly known. To determine the responses of phytoplankton biomass to the depth of the mixed layer, light availability and associated meteorological forcing, we followed daily changes in weather and water column properties in a boreal lake over the first half of a summer stratification period. Interstitial pneumonia is a life-threatening clinical manifestation of cytomegalovirus infection in recipients of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). The mouse model of experimental HCT and infection with murine cytomegalovirus revealed that reconstitution of virus-specific CD8+ T cells is critical for resolving productive lung infection. CD8+ T-cell infiltrates persisted in the lungs after the establishment of latent infection. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā depopulācija ietekmē iedzīvotāju izvietojumu gan pilsētās, gan lauku teritorijās. Pētījumā aplūkoti Latvijas apdzīvojuma īpatnības teorētiskie aspekti, kā arī pilsētu un lauku teritoriju savstarpējais izvietojums. Nanostructured anode material for Li-ion battery obtained by galvanic process

This work focused on the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured lead hydroxide chloride (PbOHCl) that is an innovative anode material for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). In particular, we have obtained nanostructures of mixed PbOHCl and lead metal, directly into the pores of a commercially available alumina membrane, acting as template. The process was based on galvanic displacement reaction that was carried out in a two-compartment electrochemical cell without the use of an external power supply.
