Geneza Case Method i jej wpływ na kształt amerykańskiej filozofii prawa

Artykuł omawia Case Method – dominującą metodę edukacyjną stosowaną w amerykańskich szkołach prawa, która polega na nauczaniu prawa poprzez analizę orzeczeń sądowych, stworzoną w latach 70. XIX w. przez Christophusa Collumbusa Langdella. Langdell postrzegał prawo jako naukę, podobną do fizyki czy chemii, a więc jako uporządkowany system obiektywnej wiedzy. Stworzona przez niego metoda nauczania służyć miała przygotowaniu osób zajmujących się prawem w sposób naukowy. W artykule przedstawiona została koncepcja prawa Langdella, oraz wpływ, jaki jego metoda nauczania wywarła na nurty amerykańskiej filozofii prawa – klasyczną jurysprudencję oraz realizm prawniczy.

Dynamic interactions between ground- and surface water are widely known, but the role of groundwater in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems is often poorly understood and documented due to the spatiotemporal complexity. Many countries have not yet completed the assessment of groundwater dependent ecosystems (GDEs). GDEs are valuable ecosystems that depend on groundwater input and can not be considered and assessed separately. Changes in the quantity and chemical composition of groundwater recharge may result in significant and permanent damage on GDE flora and fauna. Masteroppgave Innovasjon og kunnskapsutvikling ME 513 - Universitetet i Agder 2014 Etablering av innovative bedrifter er viktig for økonomisk vekst og for vekst i sysselsetting. I denne oppgaven har jeg studert nye innovative bedrifter på Agder, som er etablert i perioden 2009 til 2013. Jeg ønsket å studere dette temaet for å finne ut av hvem det er som er med på å løfte Agder- regionen «opp og frem». Populasjonen jeg har studert er bedrifter som har fått landsdekkende etablerertilskudd fra Innovasjon Norge i tidsrommet 2009 til 2013.
