We aim to clarify whether physiological measurement technologies can be used in combination with traditional educational research methods to investigate learning experience. We developed an interdisciplinary research design for multilevel investigation of adult learning experience. We collected data in aviation simulations and forestry simulations, to show both similarities and differences between different learning situations. Rivalorizzando la lezione originaria di Gell. 20.10.7 tramandata nel manoscritto fiorentino delle Notti Attiche, secondo cui il manum conserere delle XII Tavole comportava un "omnibus verbis vindicare", si contrappone la vindicatio bilaterale e contenziosa della legis actio sacramenti in rem alle vindicationes unilaterali di altre legis actiones non contenziose. Inoltre, alla luce di una rilettura delle testimonianze di Gaio e Cicerone si distingue fra il manum conserere e l'ex iure manum consertum vocare della procedura avente per oggetto la rivendica di beni immobili.
