Facing the loss of biodiversity caused by landscape fragmentation, implementation of ecological networks to connect habitats is an important biodiversity conservation issue. It is necessary to develop easily reproducible methods to identify and prioritize actions to maintain or restore ecological corridors. Si, depuis les travaux de R. This study investigates the role of psychological flexibility in relation to glycaemic control (HbA1c) and quality of life among adolescents with poorly-controlled diabetes. Adolescents (n = 65, aged 12–16 years) completed the Children and Adolescents Mindfulness Measure (CAMM), the Diabetes Acceptance and Action Scale for Children and Adolescents (DAAS), the Depression Scale (RBDI), and the Health-Related Quality of Life Scale (KINDL-R). HbA1c values were collected from medical records. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena on ollut tarkastella sisäisten positioiden merkitystä pariskunnan välisen vuorovaikutuksen ja yhteisymmärryksen kehittymisessä masennuksen pariterapiassa. Erityisenä tutkimuskohteena on ollut selvittää, miten sisäiset positiot vaikeuttavat yhteisymmärryksen muodostumista pariskunnan välisissä dialogeissa. Tutkielman kontekstina toimivat pariterapiassa tapahtuneet pariskunnan väliset konfliktitilanteet. An off-line ion guide quadrupole mass spectrometer system

Off-line ioniohjain kvadrupolimassaspektrometri systeemi. Uuden erillisen ioniohjain-kvadrupolimassaspektrometri (IGQMS) -systeemin käyttöönotto on esitetty tässä työssä. Laitteisto on kehitetty uusien tekniikoiden testaamiseen ja kehittämiseen IGISOL–laitoksella. Työssä on tutkittu laitteiston differentiaalista pumpaussysteemiä ja laitteiston etuosan kuljetustehokkuutta käyttäen 223Ra alfa-rekyylilähdettä. Painemittausten tulokset eri parametreilla ovat esitetty. Kaasuohjaimen käyttöpainealue on mitattu olevan 1 ja 700 mbar:n välillä pitäen käyttöpaineen QMS kammiossa, ja skimmer-systeemin läpäisytehokkuus olevan lähellä 100 %.
