Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta programmatūras prasību specifikācija un programmatūras projektējuma apraksts, kuru mērķis ir palīdzēt jebkurai no iesaistītajām pusēm nepieciešamības gadījumā izprast sistēmas darbības principu. Sistēmas ietvaros izveidota aktualitāšu, pieteikumu pakalpojumiem forma, atskaites, lietotāju reģistrācija, pārvaldīšana un rēķinu izveidošana pēc sistēmā reģistrētajiem pieteikumiem semināriem vai konsultācijām.
