Since the Spanish Constitution of 1978 there has been a full and effective administrative justice. The citizens have the possibility to request a judicial review of decisions taken by the public Administrations, while being either the owners of a subjective right or of a legitimate interest. Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 25 lapaspusēm, tas satur 6 tabulas, 19 attēlus un 30 literatūras atsauces. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt acs priekšējā kameras kakta struktūras atvērta un slēgta kakta glaukomas gadījumos, un sakarību starp acs priekšējā kameras kakta leņķi un varavīksnenes saknes formu. Olika fonetiska drags relativa betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet i svenska

I den här undersökningen analyseras olika fonetiska drags betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet i sverigesvenska som andraspråk. Lyssnarna (n = 39) bedömde uttalets målspråklighet i imiterade talprov. Resultaten visar att de segmentella målspråksavvikelserna hade störst betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet. Målspråksavvikelserna i yttrandeintonation, rytm och tonaccenterna påverkade inte lyssnarna i samma utsträckning som de segmentella bristerna. Computing Subdivision Surface Intersection

Computer surface intersections is fundamental problem in geometric modeling. Any Boolean operation can be seen as an intersection calculation followed by a selection of parts necessary for building the surface of the resulting object. This paper deals with the computing of intersection curveson subdivision surfaces (surfaces generated by the Loop scheme). We present three variants of our algorithm. The first variant calculates this intersection after classification of the object faces into intersecting and non-intersecting pairs of faces. the second variant is based on 1-neighborhood of the intersecting faces. The third variant uses the concept of bipartite graph.

Device-to-device (D2D) communication has been proposed as a mean for local connections in future ellular networks in order to provide improved throughput, spectrum savings, and longer battery lives. Here we widen the investigations of D2D communication to a 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE) system simulated in the interference limited macro-cellular environment, in which D2D communication is applied with D2D specific power control and resource allocation schemes and with a wide range of deployment ratios. A GEM-TPC in twin configuration for the Super-FRS tracking of heavy ions at FAIR

The GEM-TPC [1] described herein will be part of the standard beam-diagnostics equipment of the Super-FRS [2] . This chamber will provide tracking information for particle identification at rates up to 1 MHz on an event-by-event basis. The key requirements of operation for these chambers are: close to 100% tracking efficiency under conditions of high counting rate, spatial resolution below 1 mm and a superb large dynamic range covering projectiles from Z=1 up to Z=92.
