A competitive wholesale market hardly exists, so the question about how to consider market issues for small producers within micro-grids arises. Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros tika paplašināta eksistējošā web-lietotne ar jaunu sistēmu – lietotāju atgriezeniskas saites sistēmu. Šīs sistēmas galvenais mērķis ir lietotāju pieredzes uzlabošana, izmantojot web-lietotni. Sistēma dod iespēju lietotājiem izteikt savu viedokli par piedāvātajiem servisiem un pakalpojumiem. Savukārt administratoriem sistēma dod iespēju pārvaldīt atgriezeniskas saites formas jautājumus un apskatīt lietotāju aizpildītas formas, lai veiktu atbilstošus uzlabojumus un korekcijas sistēmā kopējai lietotāju pieredzes uzlabošanai.
