Capturing User Experiences of Mobile Information Technology with the Repertory Grid Technique

We describe the application of the repertory grid technique (RGT) as a tool for capturing the user experience of technological artifacts. In noting the artificiality of assessing the emotional impact of interactive artifacts in isolation from cognitive judgments, we argue that HCI techniques must provide practical solutions regarding how to assess the holistic meaning of users’ interactive experiences. W pracy dokonano analiza dostępnych rozwiązań z zakresu wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii w budynkach mieszkalnych, a także możliwości magazynowania lokalnie wytworzonego ciepła oraz energii elektrycznej. Dokonano również charakterystyki efektywności zastosowania różnego typu źródeł energii odnawialnej w ramach mikrosieci energetycznych, wyposażonych w systemy magazynowania energii elektrycznej oraz cieplnej.

In this work we introduce a model for studying the distribution and control of atmospheric pollution from PM10. The model is based on the use of a cellular neural network (CNN) and more precisely on the integration of the mass-balance equation; at the same time it simulates the scenario regarding a planar grid describing the whole studied area (the city of Palermo) by means of a CNN and a set of Bayesian networks.
