Artikkelissa tarkastellaan puutarhaviljelyn yleistymistä ja puutarhaneuvonnan vastaanottoa maamme syrjäseudulla 1900-luvun aikana. Suomalaisen puutarhakulttuurin ydinalue sijoittuu Etelä- ja Lounais-Suomeen, jossa väestön varallisuus, sivistystaso ja ilmasto mahdollistivat puutarhaviljelyn esimerkiksi kartanoissa jo varhain. Myös pappiloiden ja virkatalojen tiheä verkosto sekä julkiset istutukset edesauttoivat sekä kasvien että viljelytaitojen leviämistä kaikkiin kansankerroksiin. Sen sijaan maan itä- ja pohjoisosissa puutarhan hyöty- ja koristekasvit olivat vielä 1800-luvun lopulla lähes tuntemattomia etenkin maaseutuväestön keskuudessa. W artykule przedstawię dwie funkcjonujące dzisiaj obok siebie diagnozy polskiej współczesności. Jedna to separatystyczna, podkreślająca rozłam, bez nadziei na zgodę wizja dwóch odmiennych, zwaśnionych plemion, różniących się stosunkiem do przeszłości i historii. Historia i pamięć są tutaj kryterium podziału. Druga wizja zakłada możliwość porozumienia się, wskazując na relacyjny, oparty na potrzebie uznania charakter obecnego konfliktu. Pamięć nie jest tutaj narzędziem podziału, ale dobrem i wartością wspólną, a szansą na porozumienie się są relacje uznania.

In the article, I present two currently co-functioning diagnoses of Polish modernity. One is separatist, emphasizing the division, without hope of consent – a vision of two conflicted tribes, differing in their attitude to the past and history. The second vision assumes the possibility of communication, pointing to the relational character of the current conflict, which is based on the need for recognition. Remembrance is not a dividing instrument here, but a common good and value, and the chance for communication is the relationship of recognition. Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest parafialny ogród botaniczny znajdujący się w jednej z miejscowości w województwie śląskim - Bujakowie (dzielnicy Mikołowa). Ogród o powierzchni 1 ha powstał w latach 70. XX wieku. Pomysłodawcą jego założenia był proboszcz miejscowego kościoła pw. św. Mikołaja. Bezpośrednio z funkcjonowaniem ogrodu związane jest ustanowienie w 2000 roku w Bujakowie sanktuarium Matki Bożej Bujakowskiej - patronki środowiska naturalnego. Dla mieszkańców miejscowości i okolic ogród pełni ważne funkcje (rekreacyjną, edukacyjną, ludyczną, kulturotwórczą), jest również rozpoznawalnym miejscem w turystyce przyrodniczej na obszarze województwa śląskiego.

Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus oli selvittää mahdollisia yhteyksiä Gardnerin älykkyyksien, aistikanaviin perustuvien oppimistyylien ja koulumenestyksen ruotsissa ja muissa aineissa välillä. Tutkielma rajattiin koskemaan alkuperäistä seitsemää älykkyyden lajia (lingvistinen, visuaalis-spatiaalinen, loogis-matemaattinen, musikaalinen, kinesteettinen, interpersoonallinen ja intrapersoonallinen älykkyys) ja oppimistyylejä visuaalinen, auditiivinen, kinesteettinen ja taktiilinen. Koulumenestyksen mittarina käytettiin eri aineiden arvosanoja. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin kahden itsearviointitestin avulla, joista toinen käsitteli älykkyyksiä ja toinen oppimistyylejä. The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. These tendencies are clearly visible in the Regulations? provisions on choice of court agreements.
