Pharmacies in Bulgaria have a monopoly on the dispensing of medicinal products that are authorized in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as medical devices, food additives, cosmetics, and sanitary/hygienic articles. Aptekari (pharmacists) act as responsible pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and managers. They follow a five year Masters of Science in Pharmacy (M.Sc. Pharm.) degree course with a six month traineeship. Pomoshnik-farmacevti (assistant pharmacists) follow a three year degree with a six month traineeship. They can prepare medicines and dispense OTC medicines under the supervision of a pharmacist. Nodokļu jomā ir noteikti daudzi termiņi, tomēr ne vienmēr no likuma skaidri izriet to būtība, grozīšanas iespējamība un nokavējuma sekas. Tiesu praksē pastāv nevienprātība par dažādiem termiņiem, un šajā darbā autore sniedz savu viedokli un secinājumus par to, kāds būtu pareizākais risinājums dažādām problēmsituācijām. Autore norādījusi uz tiesu praksē izdarītajiem nepamatotajiem secinājumiem par termiņiem nodokļu tiesībās, kā arī piedāvājusi risinājumus, kā interpretēt un piemērot spēkā esošos normatīvos aktus.
Configuration of Strawberry Yield, Nutritional and Functional Traits in Response to LPE Application in a Two-Year Study

Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) is a promising natural lysophospholipid which can be employed as a growth regulator for horticultural purposes. The present research was accomplished to investigate the effects of LPE (0 or 10 ppm) on the yield and quality of “Savana” strawberry plants grown during two consecutive cultivation cycles (I (2020–2021); II (2021–2022)). Plants cultivated in year I and treated with LPE revealed the highest total yield (838.3 g plant−1), marketable yield (735.4 g plant−1) and average marketable fruit weight (39.8 g plant−1). Interaction of mushroom tyrosinase with aromatic amines, o-diamines and o-aminophenols

3-Amino-L-tyrosine was found to be a substrate of mushroom tyrosinase, contrary to what had previously been reported in the literature. A series of amino derivatives of benzoic acid were tested as substrates and inhibitors of the enzyme. 3-Amino-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-amino-3-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid were oxidized by this enzyme, as previously reported for Neurospora crassa tyrosinase, but 4-aminobenzoic acid and 3-aminobenzoic acid were not. Interestingly, 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzoic acid was oxidized five times faster than 4-amino-3-hydroxybenzoic acid, confirming the importance of proton transfer from the hydroxyl group at C-4 position. Ergosterol (prowitamina D) jest jednym z głównych składników błon komórkowych grzybów. Ma on obiecujące właściwości immunostymulujące i przeciwrakowe. Muchomor czerwony stanowi bogate źródło ergosterolu, który po ekstrakcji n-heksanem lub octanem etylu łatwo jest otrzymać w formie krystalicznej. Fly agaric was extd. with n-hexane or EtOH optionally under microwave aid to recover ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β- ol and other steroids. The highest yield was achieved by extn. of the gills, EtOAc was more efficient than n-hexane as a solvent. Spatial variability of dry spells duration statistical distributions

Dry spells duration and its extent in space, is a key factor in water resources problems. In order to modelling the empirical distribution of dry spells (DS) frequencies observed in Sicily (i.e. in a typical Mediterranean climate), Agnese et al. (2014) successfully applied the two-parameter polylogarithm-series distribution. Because of the strong seasonality characterising Sicily’s rainfall regime, statistical analysis was separately applied to two data sets, referred to as “dry” and “wet” seasons, respectively.
