The article takes a diachronic look at feminatives in the Polish language from the sixteenth century to the present day. The authors recall the history of female forms in the language. Referring to pre-war journalism, discussions in the journal Poradnik Językowy [The Linguistic Guide] and the propaganda lexis of communist Poland, they prove that female forms are not foreign to the Polish language. They create a comprehensive list of reasons why feminatives have disappeared from Polish, taking account of both intra-linguistic and extra-linguistic factors. The aim of this paper is to analyse the evolution of gender balance in the Italian Constitutional system with respect to electoral representation (Art. 51th of the Italian Constitution). Effective achieving of electoral representation has been heavily difficult for women in Italy. In 2010 the Constitutional Judge recognized the necessity of gender balance measures. However, the instruments provided by laws had not any real success and women are not effectively represented in political Assemblies.

In the judgment no. 62 of 2022, the Italian Constitutional Court deals one more time with the principle of equal access in political representation. The decision shows a new approach of the Italian Constitutional Judge in strengthening gender equality, on the basis of Art. 3rd and Art. 51.1st of the Italian Constitution and provides the principle with a new effectiveness.

Resumen La prevalencia del trastorno de espectro autista (TEA) se ha incrementado en los últimos años, en parte debido a las mejoras de los métodos de detección y en parte a las modificaciones en la definición que se han ido incorporando a los manuales diagnósticos. Exploring Determinants of Early Retirement Among Saudi Medical Staff

The aim of this research was to explore the relationship between the push, pull, anti-push, and anti-pull factors vs. early retirement intention among Saudi medical staff, and to investigate whether there are gender differences in the early retirement intention. To this end, we designed a correlational and cross-sectional study, for which data were collected through an online survey. A total of 680 responses were gathered, of which 221 valid responses constituted the final sample for the analysis. Logistics regression was used to test the hypotheses of the study.
