The increasing awareness of cost issues in health care has led to the increasing use of policy-driven substitution of branded for generic medications, particularly relative to statin treatment for cardiovascular diseases. While there are potential short-term health care savings, the consequences for primary care are under-researched. Factors explaining the learning of generic skills : a study of university students’ experiences

Although generic skills have received widespread attention from both policymakers and educationalists, little is known regarding how students acquire these skills, or how they should best be taught. Hence, the aim of this study was to identify what kinds of pedagogical practices are behind the learning of eight particular generic skills. The data were collected from university students (N = 163, n = 123) via Internet questionnaires. La utilización intensiva de pesticidas ha traído consigo la presencia de una gran cantidad de moléculas contaminantes en aguas y suelos. Los tratamientos para degradar estas moléculas son caros, por lo que es de gran interés la búsqueda de soluciones más baratas. En el caso de los catecoles, existen enzimas, las catecol-dioxigenasas, que abren el ciclo aromático por oxidación con dioxígeno.
