This contribution is a synthesis of knowledge about the Permian of South Europe, which mainly consists of continental, terrigenous and igneous deposits. Marine sediments crop out in a few Italian areas (eastern Southern Alps, central-southern sectors of the peninsula and Sicily), as well as spread from the ex-Yugoslavia to the present Mediterranean sea, where they represent the westermost patterns of the old Tethys. In this context, data and interpretations vary sensibly from one region to another. Despite this, we have tried to establish the most typical events or features. Objectives As the 2-year results for immediately inserted and provisionalized implants have been reported, it remained an open issue, whether the initially high success rates and the esthetic outcome remain stable for longer observation periods. Therefore, this prospective study examines the 5-year hard and soft tissue changes at implants placed in the anterior maxilla. Standard monetary policy is grounded in the quantity theory of money, which links changes in the general price level to excess money that would induce excess demand on the goods market. This article shows that this theoretical foundation is misleading and harmful to growth. This is so because price determination is multifaceted. Central banks, especially the European Central Bank, currently tighten credit conditions whereas money is not an issue. In this way, they act not only on demand but also on the supply of goods. Este texto es una presentación sintética de las características esenciales de las teorías monetarias poskeynesianas. Deseamos mostrar que, en el marco institucional actual, éstas constituyen una herramienta útil para aprehender el funcionamiento de nuestras economías monetarias. Al descomponer las relaciones entre las esferas financiera y productiva, los poskeynesianos justifican la necesidad de promover una regulación monetaria y financiera. En el análisis se ve con claridad que la política monetaria no debe estar exclusivamente dedicada a la lucha contra la inflación, además de que el gran desentendimiento del Estado no deja exenta de riesgos a la estabilidad del sistema en su totalidad.

This notably means that circuitists endorse the original Post Keynesian dismissal of the orthodox Monetarist approach to monetary policy by which the quantity of money in the economy should be regulated so as to stifle inflationary pressures. The genes crucially determining the therapeutic response of chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) to interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) are unknown. Recently, two independent IFN-alpha signalling pathways were identified: the classic pathway mediates induction of 2'-5' oligoadenylate synthetase (2-5 OAS), p68 kinase and IFN regulatory factor-2 (IRF-2), whereas the alternate pathway leads to activation of IFN regulatory factor-1 (IRF-1). The diversification of the media has opened up new spaces for performances that seek not only to evoke laughter but also to voice social critique. One example of this development is the TV comedy show Märät säpikkäät/Njuoska bittut, created by two young women belonging to the indigenous Sámi people living in Finland. This paper focuses on one particularly critical sketch in the show: a counter-parody of a popular parody of the Sámi presented by two Finnish male comedians. Colorectal cancer is still one of the leading causes of cancer-related death in the Western world. Screening colonoscopy is widely accepted as the gold standard for early diagnosis of cancer. The prognosis for patients with colonic neoplasms is strictly dependent on the depth of infiltration and therefore depends on early detection of pre-invasive and neoplastic changes. Early detection makes it possible to cure the patient by means of immediate endoscopic resection.
