Master's thesis Music management MU501 - University of Agder 2018 Building on two marketing theories: the product and marketing concept, this study conceptualizes how music sampling, consumers’ income and attitude affect streaming subscription in Nigeria. The aim is to test whether efficient market for streaming subscription could be developed in emerging economies and contribute to growth in the world digital music markets. Mazumtirdzniecības nozares uzņēmumiem piegādes ķēdes vadība ir svarīgs aspekts. Tomēr joprojām daudziem no tiem ir grūtības ar efektīvās piegādes ķēdes novērtēšanas sistēmas radīšanu un ieviešanu. Šī darba galvenais mērķis ir izveidot dzīvotspējīgu piegādes ķēdes novērtēšanas sistēmas modeli mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumiem. Loģistikas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA "DAW Baltic"

Bakalaura darbā "Loģistikas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA DAW Baltica" tiek analizēta uzņēmuma loģistikas sistēma, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi tās pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai. Tiek analizēta šī brīža transportēšanas sistēma, kā arī pasūtījumu atlases procedūras noliktavā. Darba rezultātā tiek secināts, ka sava transporta iegāde un uzturēšana konkrētajam uzņēmumam izmaksātu vairāk kā šī brīža ārpakalpojumu sniedzēju izmantošana. Analizējot preču atlasi pasūtījumam noliktavā, tiek secināts, ka ieviestā sistēma ir devusi uzlabojumus kļūdu skaita samazināšanai, taču to iespējams vēl vairāk uzlabot, modernizējot sistēmu. Validation procedures in radiological diagnostic models. Neural network and logistic regression

The objective of this paper is to compare the performance of two predictive radiological models, logistic regression (LR) and neural network (NN), with five different resampling methods. One hundred and sixty-seven patients with proven calvarial lesions as the only known disease were enrolled. Clinical and CT data were used for LR and NN models. Both models were developed with cross validation, leave-one-out and three different bootstrap algorithms. Angļu valoda arī šobrīd ir nozīmīga ES institūciju darba valoda, kurā parādās pat dažas unikālas “eiro-angļu valodas” iezīmes. Šajā pētījumā aplūkotas dažas vārdu kopas, kas tai raksturīgas, nosakot Eur-LEX angļu valodas korpusa biežākās lietvārdu kolokācijas. Izmantotās metodes bija salīdzinošā literatūras avotu analīze, kā arī vairāki kvantitatīvi un kvalitatīvi korpusanalīzes paņēmieni. Rezultāti parādīja, ka dažas no šīm lietvārdu kolokācijām veido ES terminoloģiju, kamēr citas iespējams sadalīt tuvu sinonīmu grupās pēc semantiskās nozīmes. The existing international standards suggest a methodology to assign a specific functional class to a road, by the values of some features, both geometrical and use-related. Sometimes, these characteristics are in contrast with each other and direct the analyst towards conflicting classes for a road or, worse, one or more of these features vary heterogeneously along the road. In these conditions, the analyst assigns the class that, by his capability and experience, he retains the most appropriate, in a very subjective way. Some geological outcrops have a special scientific or educational value, represent a geological type locality and/or have a considerable aesthetical/photographic value. Such important outcrops require appropriate management to safeguard them from potentially damaging and destructive activities. Damage done to such rock exposures can include drill sampling by geologist for scientific purposes.
