The purpose of this article is to analyse the differnt civil process of the Civil Procedure Law that can be used for the recovery of illegally occupied properties: eviction for precarious, injunction to recover possession and action action for the protection of registered property rights. Special attention is paid to the new procedure of rapid recovery of possession that has been created by Law 5/2018 amending the classic injunction to regain possession.

Après avoir défini le métier d’expert-comptable et ses orientations stratégiques ainsi que la logistique appliquée au service, nous examinerons en quoi la logistique constitue un enjeu stratégique pour les cabinets d'expertise comptables. Notre démarche méthodologie reposera sur une analyse exploratoire à partir d’études de cas. Elle devra permettre de mettre en évidence les opportunités de cette logistique de service pour des cabinets d’expertise-comptable et une lecture de leur stratégie par la logistique.

Objective: Extracorporeal rewarming is the treatment of choice for patients who had hypothermic cardiac arrest, allowing for best neurologic outcome. The authors’ goal was to identify factors associated with survival in nonasphyxia-related hypothermic cardiac arrest patients undergoing extracorporeal rewarming. Design: All 38 cardiac surgery departments in Poland were encouraged to report consecutive hypothermic cardiac arrest patients treated with extracorporeal life support.
