À partir de quelques exemples d'inscriptions dédicatoires sur les bâtiments ecclésiastiques, d'inscriptions sur des objets liturgiques et de listes de pièces d'argenterie courante issues de sources hagiographiques et historiographiques, il s'agit de comprendre la relation que les hommes entretiennent avec les " choses " dans l'Antiquité tardive et au haut Moyen Âge. En faisant intervenir la relation entre les hommes et les choses, on veut déplacer le débat de la dichotomie du civique/religieux ou du civique/charitable à celui sur les modalités de transfert et les procédés d'enregistrement.

This thesis examines the longitudinal associations between leisure-time physical activity, educational attainment, and labor market outcomes. Data are drawn from the ongoing longitudinal Cardiovascular Risk in Young Finns Study, which is combined with register-based data from Statistics Finland. The thesis consists of four empirical studies organized in separate chapters. The study chapters are preceded by an introductory chapter presenting the background literature and an overview of the thesis, including the research questions, data, and main results. The present study examined whether learning disabilities (LD) in reading and/or math (i.e., reading disability [RD], math disability [MD], and RD+MD) co-occur with other diagnoses. The data comprised a clinical sample (n= 430) with LD identified in childhood and a sample of matched controls (n= 2,140). Their medical diagnoses (according to the International Classification of Diseases nosology) until adulthood (20–39 years) were analyzed. Il vocabolo “extraneus”, preso in prestito da categorie concettuali di altre branche del diritto, può essere foriero di ambiguità. Esso definisce, appunto, un un estraneo: un forestiero che ha fatto ingresso nella magi-stratura (o per lo meno nelle sue funzioni), attraverso una via eccentrica rispetto al tradizionale concorso. Lo studio si propone di ricostruire le origine storiche delle tre figure di extranei, nel senso sopra indicato: scil: magistrati onorari da una parte e avvocati e professori universitari ammessi in Cassazione ex art. 106 Cost. dall’altra.Verrà esaminata anche la riforma organica della magistra-tura onoraria (d.lgs. 116/2017), soffermandosi sugli aspetti processuali.
