The most significant process of the modern civiliza tion advancement is globaliztion. The crucial tendencies of the world educational system development aim at strengthening the main role of knowledge as a component of employee workshop, often much more precious than the material part, originating from the employer. Present Polish law, regarding the evaluation work of teachers, does not respond to these rapid changes. This paper describes some aspects of that evaluation tea cher system and proposes some fundamental changes.

W artykule podjęto rozważania na temat zależności między współpracą partnerską a poziomem dojrzałości łańcucha dostaw w warunkach globalizacji. Poziom dojrzałości łańcucha dostaw wzięto pod uwagę jako czynnik determinujący nawiązanie partnerskiej współpracy pomiędzy ogniwami łańcucha dostaw. Globalization, as it is today, shapes a complex, networked world – that embeds all the features (both vantages and liabilities) of a complex adaptive system. Being one of the biggest networks that define this world, the system of international business – characterized by diversity, (nondeterministic) interconnectivity and uncertainty – is also characterized by the small-world syndrome. Global multinationals are the best supporting agents in order to dismantle the apparent paradox of the complex, yet small world (and others like it).

The debates on globalization’s definition are the main core of the theoretical work on this issue in the last decades. After more than 50 years since the word was used for the first time, there is no agreement on its definition. Our statement is that the lack of consistency, the imprecision and the ambiguity that could be found in definitions of globalization are sources of confusions and misunderstanding, and are the causes of the supra-abundant literature in this area.
