Es produeix per la deposició d’urat monosòdic (MSU) en les articulacions, donant lloc a episodis aguts d’inflamació, que poden ser persistents i arribar a cronificar-se. La fagocitosi dels cristalls d’MSU pels neutròfils i macròfags genera la producció de ROS i l’activació de l’NFkappaB, alliberant citocines i activant l’NLRP3. Duodenogastrischer Reflux nach Vagotomie und Pyloroplastik

Bei 27 Patienten mit selektiver oder trunkularer Vagotomie und Pyloroplastik wurde gepruft, ob ein duodenogastrischer Reflux vorliegt. Die Untersuchung erfolgte rontgenologisch durch Instillation von verdunntem Bariumbrei in das Duodenum und durch Nachweis von i.v. appliziertem Bromsulphalein im Magensaft. Es konnte bei 20 von 23 Patienten rontgenologisch und bei 18 von 27 Patienten durch den Bromsulphalein-Nachweis ein duodenogastrischer Reflux festgestellt werden. In Zusammenhang mit Reflux standen postoperative Beschwerden wie Vollegefuhl, Brechreiz und Oberbauchschmerzen, sowie der Nachweis morphologischer Veranderungen der Magenschleimhaut im Sinne von Gastritiden verschiedener Stadien.

AbstractThe influence of vagal afferents on the EMG peristaltic pattern was studied in pigeon oesophagus.Bilateral vagotomy did not abolish the primary peristalsis, but induced significant modifications of the peristaltic pattern parameters.Vagal afferent stimulation induced an inhibitory effect consisting of a temporary break or definitive block of the EMG peristaltic activity already in progress.Vagal afferent stimulation also induced a reduction of the spontaneous EMG activity and this effect was abolished either by glossopharyngeal bilateral section or ganglionic block.Likewise vagal afferent stimulation, the crop distension caused inhibitory effects on EMG peristaltic pattern.
