This thesis aims to understand the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship and measure its component dimensions. In particular, the thesis addresses two research gaps in the social entrepreneurship research. The first gap addressed is the resource mobilization during marketing strategy development of a social enterprise in its start-up stage. Social entrepreneurship is a diverse concept constituting various organizational form and activities. Hence, the second research gap that this research study addresses is the issue of measurement of social entrepreneurship construct. The risk of corrosion in oxygen-free water has become an issue of scientific controversy possibly even threatening the realisation of the final disposal of spent nuclear fuel in Finland and Sweden. In Sweden there has been extensive discussion about the issue since 2007, but only recently has this debate increased in Finland although the similar disposal concept (KBS-3) is applied in both countries. Zagadnienie relacji między miejscowym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego a studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy stanowi przedmiot wieloletnich badań przedstawicieli nauki prawa, a także obszernych wypowiedzi sformułowanych w orzecznictwie. Wymóg, by plan miejscowy nie naruszał ustaleń studium, jest wymogiem ustawowym zawartym w przepisach art. 20 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 9 ust. 4 i art. 15 ust. 1 ustawy o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym.
