Covid-19-pandemian vaikutuksia elämän eri osa-alueille on jo tutkittu ympäri maailman. Jyväskylän yliopiston humanistis-yhteiskuntatieteellisessä tiedekunnassa haluttiin saada parempi käsitys pandemian ja siitä aiheutuneiden poikkeusolojen vaikutuksista jatko-opintoihin ja niiden suorittamiseen. Niinpä tiedekunnassa päätettiin toteuttaa keväällä 2020 jatko-opiskelijoille suunnattu kysely, jossa selvitettiin esimerkiksi poikkeusolojen vaikutuksia opintojen edistämiseen ja vastaajien poikkeusolojen aikana kohtaamia haasteita jatko-opintojen eri osa-alueilla. The objective of the paper is to provide an insight on the Romanian higher education and to analyse the graduate employment in Romania during the 2006-2010 period. The conclusions reveal that the Romanian graduate employment registered a continuous decrease in its figures during the whole analysed period.
What Academic Factors Influence Satisfaction With Clinical Practice in Nursing Students? Regressions vs. fsQCA

Clinical practices are considered one of the cornerstones in nurses' education. This study provides a framework to determine how factors in the academic environment, influence nursing student's satisfaction with their practices. A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted in a convenience sample of 574 nursing students at a private university in Valencia, during the 2016/2017 academic year, 79% (456) were women. Two statistical methodologies were used for data analysis: hierarchical regression models (HRM) and fuzzy sets qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Objectives: to describe a bench model (workshop of abilities) for sinus floor elevation (SFE) training that simulates the surgical environment and to assess its effectiveness in terms of trainees’ perception. Long-term effects of graduated compression stockings on cardiorespiratory performance

ABSTRACT: The use of graduated compression stockings (GCS) in sport has been increasing in the last years due to their potential positive effects for athletes. However, there is little evidence to support whether these types of garments actually improve cardiorespiratory performance. The aim of this study was to examine the cardiorespiratory responses of GCS during running after three weeks of regular use.
