To monitor and handle big data obtained from electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and other equipment linked to the power grid effectively and efficiently, it is important to monitor them continually to gather information on power line integrity. We propose that data transmission analysis and data collection from tools like digital power meters may be used to undertake predictive maintenance on power lines without the need for specialized hardware like power line modems and synthetic data streams. Tutkielma käsittelee tapausesimerkkinä Lappeenrannan entisen rautatieaseman merkityksiä sen elinkaaren 1885–2013 aikana ja edelleen nykyhetkenä, jolloin rakennusta ei enää ole. ”Vanhaksi asemaksi” ja myöhemmin ”Keisarinasemaksi” kutsutulla rakennuksella oli monivaiheinen historia, kunnes se vasta restauroituna katosi kaupunkikuvasta tulipalon seurauksena vuonna 2013. Tässä työssä tarkastellaan rakennuksen ja sen käyttäjien suhteen muuttumista, rakennuksen identiteetin muuttumista ja merkityksiä, joita rakennukseen on kohdistettu eri aikoina. Maisterin tutkielmassani tarkastelen koristemaalattujen rakennuspintojen restauroinnin ilmiötä ja sen kehittymistä nykyiseen muotoonsa. Rakennuspintojen restaurointi sisältää erilaisia toimia konservoinnista uusien osien toteuttamiseen sisältäen myös rekonstruoinnin. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, miten rakennussuojelun arvotaustan muodostuminen liittyy näihin restaurointitoimenpiteisiin ja miten rakennuspitojen restaurointi on muuttunut 1960-luvulta alkaen. A dynamic phenomenon generates a complex relationship network between the entities involved in the process. At the abstract level, the relationships can be identity or topological filiations. Background: Based on earlier studies, natural metabolite D-glyceric acid (DGA) does not seem to play any role in whole-body metabolism. Nevertheless, one ethanol oxidation-related rat study with controversial results raised our interest.
