BACKGROUND The key to success of any root canal therapy is adequate obturation of the prepared root canal space. Root canal sealers are not dimensionally stable and might dissolve partially over a period of time. The objective of this in vitro study is to evaluate the push-out bond strength to intraradicular dentin of two endodontic obturation materials. Maģistra darba tēma – Zīmola Gutta jaunās identitātes ietekme uz tēla uztveri. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt zīmola Gutta jaunās identitātes ietekmi uz zīmola tēla uztveri. Lai noskaidrotu, vai zīmola Gutta komunicētais tēls sakrīt ar patērētāju uzverto zīmola tēlu, tika veikta aptauja. Lai noteiktu, kādi ir galvenie patērētāju izvēles noteicošie faktori sulu, nektāru un dzērienu zīmolu izvēlē, tika organizēta fokusgrupu diskusija. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka zīmola Gutta komunicētais tēls lielākoties sakrīt ar patērētāju uztverto zīmola tēlu, un galvenie patērētāju izvēles kritēriji sulu, nektāru un dzērienu tirgū ir produkta garša un cena. Most studies dealing with the trade-off between offspring number and quality have overlooked the long-term consequences for the progeny. High investment in offspring number usually results in an increased competition among nest mates. The deterioration of the early developmental conditions, due to this increased competition, can impair individual quality over the long term, and subsequently affect survival and lifetime fecundity. Moreover, the consequences of the allocation rule to offspring number vs. quality can extend across generations and give raise to grandparental effects. Investigating the evolution of consistent between-individual behavioral differences necessitates to explain the emergence of within-individual consistency. Relying on a recent mathematical model, we here test the prediction that the emergence of differences in within-individual consistency is related to the sequential access to resources in a frequency-dependent foraging game. To this end we used flocks of zebra finches (Taeniopygia guttata) engaged in a producer-scrounger foraging game.
