Background. Acid–base balance refers to the equilibrium between acids and bases in the human body. Nutrition may affect acid–base balance and further physical performance. With the help of PRAL (potential renal acid load), a low-protein vegetarian diet (LPVD) was designed to enhance the production of bases in body. La chapelle Notre-Dame du Chemin est un site emblématique de la côte viticole, à environ 5 km au NE de Beaune, sur le territoire de la commune de Ladoix-Serrigny en Côte-d’Or. Le diagnostic archéologique réalisé au pied de l’actuel édifice s’est déroulé du 5 au 9 mars 2018. En dépit d’une emprise limitée au fuseau d’un futur réseau de drainage, l’opération a permis de documenter l’évolution de l’environnement de la chapelle depuis la fin du premier Moyen Âge jusqu’à nos jours. Abstract.Emotional awareness is the basic emotional competence, which refers to individual differences in the way of being aware of the emotional functioning. Moods appear without specific reason, and are prolonged in time. Both are involved in multiple processes that modulate behavior and cognitive processes. The Effect of Mechanocatalytic Pretreatment on the Structure and Depolymerization of Willow

In this study, the effect of a mechanocatalytic pretreatment on the structure of willow and sugar release from pretreated willow was explored. In the mechanocatalytic approach, the pretreatment consists of solvent-free impregnation with sulfuric acid and a mechanical treatment with ball milling. Willow sawdust and pretreated samples were analyzed with field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The products in the sugar solution were determined as the total reducing sugars with the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method and monosaccharides with capillary electrophoresis. Sähkö- ja elektroniikkaromu on pian maailman suurimmaksi kasvava jätevirta, jolla on sekä ympäristöllisiä että taloudellisia vaikutuksia, jos romun sisältämiä metalleja ei saada kierrätettyä. Elektroniikkalaitteiden piirilevyt sisältävät noin 60 % metalleja, joiden talteenottamiseksi on lähiaikoina tehty paljon tutkimusta. Ympäristön tilan parantaminen on globaalisti jatkuvan kiinnostuksen kohteena. EU:n lainsäädäntö on yhtenäinen kaikille jäsenmaiden toimijoille. Muun muassa teollisuuden savukaasujen päästöraja-arvot asetetaan myös EU:n toimesta ja Suomessa niitä valvovat ELY-keskukset. Savukaasujen mukana ilmakehään pääsee rikkihappoa, joka voi kulkeutua hyvinkin kauas päästölähteestä. Happamat yhdisteet laskeutuvat takaisin maan pinnalle mm. happosateina.
