The impact of children’s socioemotional development on parenting styles: the moderating effect of social withdrawal

This study focused on associations between children’s socioemotional development (prosocial behaviour, internalizing and externalizing problems) and parenting styles (affection, behavioural control, and psychological control), and the moderating role of children’s social withdrawal (as a temperamental characteristic) in these associations. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää yhtäältä opettajan vuorovaikutustyylien; lämpö, behavioraalinen kontrolli ja psykologinen kontrolli yhteyttä lasten koulussa käyttämiin työskentelytapoihin ja toisaalta lasten työskentelytapojen yhteyttä opettajan vuorovaikutustyyleihin. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin myös tyttöjen ja poikien mahdollisia eroja vuorovaikutustyylien ja työskentelytapojen välisissä yhteyksissä. Many specialist herbivores have evolved strategies to cope with plant defences, with gut microbiota potentially participating to such adaptations. In this study, we assessed whether the history of plant use (population origin) and microbiota may interact with plant defence adaptation. We tested whether microbiota enhance the performance of Melitaea cinxia larvae on their host plant, Plantago lanceolata and increase their ability to cope the defensive compounds, iridoid glycosides (IGs). This study examines the association between teacher–child interaction quality and children's self‐regulation in Finnish and Portuguese toddler classrooms. Today’s brands operate in an omnichannel environment consisting of different online and offline channels where the brand can be experienced. This qualitative study investigates brand relationship reinforcement in the omnichannel environment among customers of a Finnish clothing brand, R-Collection. The data collection was conducted in 2021 by interviewing ten customers of R-Collection. We examined the brand relationship reinforcement in four channels: brick-and-mortar (B&M), online store, social media, and second hand.
