Des campagnes de prospections systématiques menées depuis plusieurs années dans le secteur du Camp du Château à Salins-les-Bains ont permis la mise au jour de 40 dépôts de l’âge du Bronze dans des contextes topographiques particuliers. La bonne précision de leur localisation permet de mesurer les liens de perceptibilité entre les lieux de dépôt et des points marquants du paysage naturel et social de l’âge du Bronze, en particulier des sites de hauteur. La topographie de la région a en effet favorisé la constitution d’une véritable toile de relations visuelles tout autour du Camp du Château. AbstractIFT172, also known as Selective Lim-domain Binding protein (SLB), is a component of the intraflagellar transport (IFT) complex. In order to evaluate the biological role of the Ift172 gene, we generated a loss-of-function mutation in the mouse. The resulting Slb mutant embryos die between E12.5 and 13.0, and exhibit severe cranio-facial malformations, failure to close the cranial neural tube, holoprosencephaly, heart edema and extensive hemorrhages. Cilia outgrowth in cells of the neuroepithelium is initiated but the axonemes are severely truncated and do not contain visible microtubules. Noroviruses (NoVs) are the main cause of sporadic cases and outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis (Tam et al., 2012; Gastanaduy et al., 2013) and are globally associated with a large burden of disease (Patel et al., 2008). NoVs are a highly diverse group of viruses, although over the past two decades most reported NoV outbreaks and epidemics have been caused by NoV GII.4 genotype. We propose an objective stress assessment method based on the extraction of features from physiological time series and their classification using Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms. For this purpose, we used an open dataset consisting of multiparametric physiological signals (electrocardiogram, electromyogram, galvanic skin response and breath signal) obtained during the execution of a driving route within the city of Boston with restful, highway and city driving periods indicative of three different stress states. A fast 3D/4D structure-sensitive procedure was developed and assessed for the chemical shift prediction of protons bonded to sp3carbons, which poses the maybe greatest challenge in the NMR spectral parameter prediction. The LPNC (Linear Prediction with Nonlinear Corrections) approach combines three well-established multivariate methods viz. the principal component regression (PCR), the random forest (RF) algorithm, and the k nearest neighbors (kNN) method.
