Tämä tutkielma käsittelee sukupuolivähemmistöjen representaatiota kolmessa sanomalehdessä. Suomessa sukupuolivähemmistöjä (transihmiset ja transvestiitit) on tutkittu mediassa hyvin vähän, uutistekstissä tuskin ollenkaan. Tutkielma etsii vastausta paitsi siihen, millaisia representaatioita sukupuolivähemmistöistä käytetään, myös siihen, kenellä on oikeus sukupuolensa mukaiseen ja sukupuoltaan kunnioittavaan representaatioon. Tutkielman lähtökohtana on queer-tutkimus sisarteoria transgender studies, joka on kiinnostunut sukupuolten epätyypillisyydestä. This chapter discusses the nature crisis through looking at how one might work towards dynamic coexistence with non-human nature through communicating and bonding with domestic mammals, thereby anchoring ourselves in the world. It explores the negative and positive peace between humans and non-human nature, and introduces 'animate peace' to suggest that peace is a dynamic, complex and challenging, in addition to rewarding, state of affairs. Over 30% of patients with splenic marginal zone lymphoma express the same immunoglobulin heavy variable gene: ontogenetic implications.

We performed an immunogenetic analysis of 345 IGHV-IGHD-IGHJ rearrangements from 337 cases with primary splenic small B-cell lymphomas of marginal-zone origin. Three immunoglobulin (IG) heavy variable (IGHV) genes accounted for 45.8% of the cases (IGHV1-2, 24.9%; IGHV4-34, 12.8%; IGHV3-23, 8.1%). Particularly for the IGHV1-2 gene, strong biases were evident regarding utilization of different alleles, with 79/86 rearrangements (92%) using allele *04. Among cases more stringently classified as splenic marginal-zone lymphoma (SMZL) thanks to the availability of splenic histopathological specimens, the frequency of IGHV1-2*04 peaked at 31%. Dyslipidemia management with medical nutrition therapy: current status and perspectives

In Italy, patients with dyslipidennia account for 15-20% of the adult population with major healthcare and socio-economic impact. According to the ESC/EAS guidelines for the management of dyslipidemias, desirable cholesterol and triglyceride levels can be achieved with a synergy between drug treatment and adequate diet therapy. However, what diets should be adopted? In this review article, different types of dietary treatments are compared, with a special focus on diet education. The new scientific frontier of nutrigenetics is also discussed.

Construction of Spirooxindole Analogues Engrafted with Indole and Pyrazole Scaffolds as Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors

Twenty-five new hits of spirooxindole analogs 8a–y engrafted with indole and pyrazole scaffolds were designed and constructed via a [3+2]cycloaddition (32CA) reaction starting from three components: new chalcone-based indole and pyrazole scaffolds 5a–d, substituted isatins 6a–c, and secondary amines 7a–d. The potency of the compounds were assessed in modulating cholinesterase (AChE) activity using Ellman’s method. Compounds 8i and 8y showed the strongest acetylcholine esterase inhibition (AChEI) with IC50 values of 24.1 and 27.8 μM, respectively. Using stage theorizing to make anti-phishing recommendations more effective

Purpose This paper aims to review the behavioral phishing literature to understand why anti-phishing recommendations are not very effective and to propose ways of making the recommendations more effective. The paper also examines how the concept of stages from health communication and psychology can be used to make recommendations against phishing more effective. Design/methodology/approach This literature review study focused on the behavioral phishing literature that has relied on human subjects.
