Tiivistelmä – Abstract Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastellaan SKDL:n eli Suomen Kansan Demokraattisen Liiton sa-nomalehdistön kirjoittelua Suomen ulkopoliittiseen linjaan liittyvistä kysymyksistä vuoden 1961 noottikriisin aikana. Tavoitteena on selvittää, millainen oli ”äärimmäisen vasemmiston” käsitys poliittisesta todellisuudesta, jossa syystalvella 1961 elettiin. Tarkoituksena ei ole luoda uutta tulkintaa tai kattavaa kokonaiskäsitystä noottikriisistä, eikä SKDL:n organisaatiosta tai toiminnasta. The increase of global aquaculture production has boosted the development of recirculating aquaculture systems not only because they reduce water use but also provide opportunities for waste management and the use of released nutrients. This compound features eight converging hydrogen bond donors along the ring, namely four amide NH and four triazole CH groups, which enable 2 to engage in interactions with anions. While fully deprotonated sulfate anions exhibit only moderate affinity for 2, protonated anions such as dihydrogenpyrophosphate and dihydrogenphosphate anions are strongly bound. Avidin is a tetrameric glycoprotein found in chicken egg white. Due to its remarkably high affinity for biotin, avidin has widely been used in biological and biotechnical applications in life sciences. Avidin is also a highly stable protein, maintaining its functional tetrameric structure at high temperatures, extremes of pH, and in the presence of strong denaturants. Tutkimukseni aihe on opinto-ohjaajien kokemukset erään keskisuuren suomalaisen kaupungin lukioiden yhdistämisestä. Haluan selvittää, miten opinto-ohjaajat ovat kokeneet yhdistämisen ja sen vaikutukset työhönsä. Toivon työni tuottavan uutta tutkimustietoa lukioiden yhdistämises-tä etenkin opinto-ohjaajien näkökulmasta. Tutkimuskysymykseni ovat: 1. Millaisia ennakko-odotuksia opinto-ohjaajilla oli ennen lukioiden yhdistämistä? 2. Millaisia olivat vuoden päästä yhdistämisestä toteutuneet kokemukset? 3. University students often experience difficulties in social interactions. The current study examined the role of self-compassion and psychological flexibility among university students (N= 76) reporting high levels of social interaction and communication anxiety. We observed that high social interaction (SIAS) and communication anxiety (PRCA-24) were associated with low levels of self-compassion and psychological flexibility. Upon further investigating the specific predictors for social interaction and communication anxiety, we found that self-judgment, over-identification and openness to experiences were the key components in self-compassion and psychological flexibility, respectively.
