These products undergo several heat treatments, necessary to insure their microbiologic safety but probably modifying their organo-leptic properties. Previously, in a large river of Mexico regulated by more than 200 check dams, we demonstrated that vegetation cover and channel characteristics were the dominant factors on the structure conditions and capacity to store sediments. We have previously shown that overexpression of the phosphatase Wip1 in p53-negative tumors sensitizes them to chemotherapeutic agents, while protecting normal tissues from the side effects of anti-cancer treatment. The data integration and sharing activities carried on in the framework of the Semantic Web lead to large knowledge bases that must be queried, analyzed, and exploited efficiently.
