Celem niniejszego artykułu jestudokumentowanie przeprowadzonych w 2018 roku prac konserwatorskich organów kościoła parafialnego w Strzelcach. Instrument ten został wybudowany w 1891 roku przez fabrykę organową Schlag & Söhne ze Świdnicy i oznaczony jaKo opus 343. firmy. Organy posiadają dziewięć głosów podzielonych na dwa manuały i pedał. Unikalnym elementem technicznym instrumentu jest połączenie mechanicznej traktury z wiatrownicami typu skrzyniowego. Remont trwał od maja do lipca 2018 roku. Jego wykonawcą był zakład organmistrzowski Antoniego Szydłowskiego z Mędłowa. Organom przywrócono pełną sprawność techniczną i brzmieniową. This document provides a comprehensive summary of the state-of-the-art, challenges, and prospects in the experimental and theoretical study of the strong coupling $\alpha_s$. The current status of the seven methods presently used to determine $\alpha_s$ based on: (i) lattice QCD, (ii) hadronic $\tau$ decays, (iii) deep-inelastic scattering and parton distribution functions fits, (iv) electroweak boson decays, hadronic final-states in (v) e+e-, (vi) e-p, and (vii) p-p collisions, and (viii) quarkonia decays and masses, are reviewed. Is HLA type a possible cancer risk modifier in Lynch syndrome?

Lynch syndrome (LS) is the most common inherited cancer syndrome. It is inherited via a monoallelic germline variant in one of the DNA mismatch repair (MMR) genes. LS carriers have a broad 30-80% risk of developing various malignancies, and more precise, individual risk estimations would be of high clinical value, allowing tailored cancer prevention and surveillance. Due to MMR deficiency, LS cancers are characterized by the accumulation of frameshift mutations leading to highly immunogenic frameshift peptides (FSPs). The impact of different reproductive barriers on species or population isolation may vary in different stages of speciation depending on evolutionary forces acting within species and through species’ interactions. Genetic incompatibilities between interacting species are expected to reinforce prezygotic barriers in sympatric populations and lead to cascade reinforcement between conspecific populations living within and outside the areas of sympatry. Suomi ajautui pian itsenäistymisensä jälkeen sisällissotaan talvella 1918. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan sisällissotaa paikallisella tasolla ja oikeuslaitoksen näkökulmasta. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään, miten sota näkyi ja vaikutti kihlakunnanoikeuden toimintaan vuosina 1918–1919. Tutkimuspaikkakunnat ovat Leppävirta, Joroinen ja Puumala. Sota koetteli tutkimuspaikkakuntia eri tavoin. Leppävirralla ja Joroisissa sota koettiin laajamittaisesti, eivätkä pitäjät säästyneet taisteluilta. Leppävirralla ja Joroisissa sodan verisyyttä selittää Varkauden teollisuuskeskittymän läheinen sijainti.
