Sosioemotionaalisten taitojen tukeminen sosiodraamaan perustuvassa lasten toiminnallisessa pienryhmässä

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin lasten sosioemotionaalisten taitojen kehittymistä lasten toiminnallisessa pienryhmässä. Pienryhmään kuului seitsemän (7) lasta ja sen toiminta perustui sovellettuun sosiodraamaan. Sosioemotionaalisten taitojen alueelta tarkasteltaviksi taidoiksi määrittyivät lasten kehitystarpeiden mukaan itsesäätely, tunteiden säätely, omien tunteiden tunnistaminen sekä empatiataito. Lisäksi selvitimme siirtyvätkö ryhmässä opitut taidot ryhmän ulkopuolelle kouluympäristöön ja miksi ryhmään osallistuneet lapset hyötyivät ryhmän toiminnasta eri tavoin. Tämän puheviestinnän maisterintutkielman tavoitteena oli selvittää jääkiekon liigaseurojen sosiaalisen median käyttöä. Tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa, millaisia keinoja seurat käyttävät sosiaalisen median viestinnässään, miten sidosryhmiä pyritään sitouttamaan oman organisaation päivittäiseen toimintaan, millaisia sosiaalisen median tavoitteita seuroilla on ja miten viestintä on seuroissa järjestetty. Tutkielma toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena. Tutkimuskohteena oli neljä jääkiekon pääsarjaseuraa, joiden sosiaalisen median sidosryhmäviestintää tutkittiin sisällönanalyysin avulla. This research focused on factors associated with schizophrenia as well as on the feasibility and effectiveness of group metacognitive training (MCT) in schizophrenia patients with a history of violence in a high-security forensic hospital setting. Abstract Introduction The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioural therapy interventions for insomnia (CBT-I) to that of a sleep hygiene intervention in a randomized controlled design among shift workers. We also studied whether the features of shift work disorder (SWD) affected the results. Methods A total of 83 shift workers with insomnia disorder were partially randomized into a group-based CBT-I, self-help CBT-I, or sleep hygiene control intervention.
