Do SETA Interventions Change Security Behavior? : A Literature Review

Information security education, training, and awareness (SETA) are approaches to changing end-users’ security behavior. Research into SETA has conducted interventions to study the effects of SETA on security behavior. However, we lack aggregated knowledge on ‘how do SETA interventions influence security behavior?’. This study reviews 21 empirical SETA intervention studies published across the top IS journals. Moral Tension in the Psyche: A Jungian Interpretation of Managers' Moral Experiences

The psyche imbues our behaviour and our moral choices. C.G. Jung placed an archetypal, spiritual self at the centre of the psyche which represents who we really are and evinces fundamental moral potential. This paper proposes that a Jungian framework of morality unravels our understanding of moral experiences by identifying points of moral tension in the psyche. The structure of the psyche is briefly outlined, with a clear emphasis on the morally relevant concepts of the persona, the self and the two-tiered conscience. The aim of this study was to systematically review lay health worker (LHW)–led self-management interventions for adults with long-term conditions to see how the interventions have been implemented and to compose a synthesis of research findings, taking into consideration the intervention components that have been applied. We conducted systematic searches for articles published between January 2010 and December 2015 in five databases: Cochrane, MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Web of Science. Servant Leadership in a Nordic Healthcare Organization

The aim of this chapter is to deepen the understanding of employees’ perceptions of servant leadership (SL) in the context of healthcare organizations. The empirical findings are based on the analysis of qualitative data collected in a Nordic healthcare organization that supports SL. Based on theory-driven content analysis, perceptions of SL were evaluated based on Spears’ definition of SL, which this chapter supports and develops. The findings show that SL seems to be a suitable approach for leadership in a healthcare organization. This article aims to understand how principals perceive collective competences in their schools’ shared leadership contexts. Collective competences are crucial in shared leadership but have not been widely explored within educational leadership studies. This study investigates collective competences through two intersected models: attribute and relational models. The predicted yields are shown individually for charged and neutral B-meson decays and the five continuum background categories. The leftmost three bins belong to the first control region (CR1) with BDT$_{2} \in [0.93; 0.95]$ and the other nine bins correspond to the signal region (SR), three for each range of BDT$_{2} \in [0.95; 0.97; 0.99; 1.0]$. Each set of three bins is defined by $p_{T}(K^{+}) \in [0.5; 2.0; 2.4; 3.5] \rm{GeV}/c^{2}$.
