Organisaatiokulttuurin eettisyys suomalaisten johtajien silmin : työhyvinvoinnin näkökulma

Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin suomalaisten johtajien arvioita organisaationsa kulttuurin eettisyydestä. Eettistä organisaatiokulttuuria arvioitiin kahdeksalla kuvaajalla (selkeys, esimiehen esimerkki, johdon esimerkki, toteutettavuus, organisaation tuki, läpinäkyvyys, keskusteltavuus, toiminnan seuraukset) sekä näiden summana. Lisäksi tutkittiin eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin yhteyttä johtajien työhyvinvointiin (työuupumus, työn imu). Ilmiöitä tarkastellessa huomioitiin johtajien erot taustatekijöissä (sukupuoli, ikä, johtotaso, toimiala, yrityksen koko). 1. Understanding how biological communities respond to environmental changes is a key challenge in ecology and ecosystem management. The apparent decline of insect populations necessitates more biomonitoring but the time-consuming sorting and expert-based identification of taxa pose strong limitations on how many insect samples can be processed. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää vastuuhoitajien käsityksiä jaetusta johtajuudesta ja rooliin liittyvästä toimijuudesta. Tutkimukseen osallistuneet sairaanhoitajat työskentelivät sairaalan päivystysyksikön vastuuhoitajajärjestelmässä. Vastuuhoitajana toimiva sairaanhoitaja työskentelee työvuorokohtaisesti työnjohtajana. Järjestelmää kehittäessä johtajuutta, valtaa ja vastuuta on jaettu työtehtävien muutoksen myötä. AbstractThe present study examined the multiple micro- and macro-level factors that affect individuals’ financial behaviour under economic strain. The following sociodemographic and economic factors that predict financial behaviour were analysed: age group, year of data gathering, and attitudes towards consumption (economical, deprived, and hedonistic). Subjective financial situations and demographic characteristics were controlled for. Finnish time series data that consisted of five cross-sectional nationally representative surveys were used (n = 10 043). The present research employed mixed-methods approach to further theorise distributed leadership and to investigate its manifestations in Finnish and Shanghai schools. The whole research comprised two phases. The first phase contained a meta-analysis (Sub-study I), which systematically reviewed 85 key distributed leadership articles published between 2002 and 2013. The meta-analysis identified two main research paradigms: the descriptive-analytical paradigm and the prescriptive-normative paradigm. Information security (infosec) is important for organizations. While budgeting for infosec is a crucial resource allocation decision, infosec managers may choose to follow other fellow experts’ recommendations or baseline practices. The present paper uses reputational herding theory to explain the decision made by infosec managers to use a “let's follow others” strategy in this context. Currently, geographic information system (GIS) models are popular for studying location-allocation-related questions concerning bioenergy plants. The aim of this study was to develop a model to investigate optimal locations for two different types of bioenergy plants, for farm and centralized biogas plants, and for wood terminals in rural areas based on minimizing transportation distances.
