Yritysten yhteiskuntavastuun merkitys kasvaa jatkuvasti ja vastuullisuudesta viestiminen tullut yhä tärkeämmäksi yrityksille. The amount of operated oil transports continues to increase in the Gulf of Finland and in the case of an accident hazardous amounts of oil may be spilled into the sea. The oil accident may be harmful for the common guillemot and long-tailed duck populations. In this study expert knowledge regarding the behaviour and population dynamics of common guillemot and long-tailed duck in the Gulf of Finland was used to build a model to assess the impacts of an oil spill on the mortality and population size of these species. While most of opinion formation models consider static networks, a dynamic opinion formation model is proposed in this work. The so-called Temporal Threshold Page Rank Opinion Formation model (TTPROF) integrates temporal evolution in two ways. First, the opinion of the agents evolve with time. Second, the network structure is also time varying. More precisely, the relations between agents evolve with time. Abstract Objectives The purpose of the study was to investigate the shortest possible exposure time of different LED-curing devices for five different resin composites in a clinically relevant in vitro-model, where a 7 mm distance from the light guide tip to the bottom side of the cavity was compiled. SUMMARYWe tested the hypothesis that host specificity in ectoparasites does not depend exclusively on the features of the host but also on surrounding habitats, using 2 fish ectoparasites, Argulus coregoni and A. foliaceus (Crustacea: Branchiura), occurring sympatrically in Finnish lakes. Although these parasites are considered to be of low specificity, we found that the larger of the 2 species, A. coregoni developed a pronounced preference for salmonid hosts at the beginning of maturation (defined by the presence of copulating specimens).
