Introduction: The negative minimal residual disease (MRD) after treatment has been recently accepted as endpoint for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) clinical trials. Conventionally, MRD can be detected by using multi-color Flow Cytometry (FC) with high sensitivity. Determination of the clonal immunoglobulin gene rearrangement can be a useful monitoring marker in a broad range of B-cell lymphoproliferative neoplasms. Moreover, the mutational status of immunoglobulin heavy chain variable (IgHV) rearrangement is considered one of the most important prognostic factors in CLL. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää mitä vahvikesanoja sekä –etuliitteitä suomenruotsalaiset nuoret käyttävät puhutussa kielessä, ja millaisissa konteksteissa niitä useimmiten esiintyy. Lisäksi selvitettiin millä eri tavoilla ja fraaseilla he osoittivat olevansa samaa mieltä keskustelukumppaneidensa kanssa. Tutkimustuloksia analysoitiin sekä kvalitatiivisesti että kvantitatiivisesti. Materiaalina käytettiin äänitettyjä neljän hengen ryhmäkeskusteluja, ja kaikki osallistujat olivat yläkouluikäisiä. Tämän kvalitatiivisen tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää ahvenanmaalaisten kieliasenteita suomen kieltä kohtaan sekä millainen on yleinen käsitys ahvenmaalaisten kielellisestä identiteetistä kahdessa suurimmassa ahvenanmaalaisessa paikallislehdessä. Materiaali koostuu 64 erilaisesta mielipide- ja pääkirjoitusartikkelista, jotka on julkaistu 1.1.2007 – 31.12.2012 Nya Åland ja Ålandstidningen -lehdissä. Tutkimusmetodina käytettiin sisällönanalyysia ja diskurssianalyysiä. Este artículo presenta una propuesta educativa de índole técnico pero con bases enraizadas en la educación popular (Freire, 1970). La misma pretende dar luces de cómo la educación profesional podría tener una vinculación para el desarrollo local del territorio. Integration of HVSR measures and stratigraphic constraints for seismic microzonation studies: the case of Oliveri (ME)

Abstract. Because of its high seismic hazard the urban area of Oliveri has been subject of first level seismic microzonation. The town develops on a large coastal plain made of mixed fluvial/marine sediments, overlapping a complexly deformed substrate. In order to identify points on the area probably suffering relevant site effects and define a preliminary Vs subsurface model for the first level of microzonation, we performed 23 HVSR measurements. Age and isotopic evidence for the origin of the Archæan granitoid intrusives of the Johannesburg Dome, South Africa

Abstract Results of RbSr, PbPb and SmNd whole rock, Rbr biotite and PbPb zircon evaporation analyses are presented for certain granitoid rocks from the Johannesburg Dome. These data indicate that the granodiorite, granite and leucosome from migmatite were emplaced ∼ 3090 Ma ago, were genetically related and were derived primarily from a source between ∼ 3300 and ∼ 3500 Ma old. A portion of the granodiorite and granite might have been derived from a source between ∼ 4000 and ∼ 4300 Ma old. The tonalite was emplaced ∼ 3170 Ma ago and was derived from a source between 3.3 and 3.5 Ga old. RbSr biotite-whole rock ages, ranging between about ∼ 2614 and ∼ 2080 Ma, probably reflect complete r…
