AbstractThe objective of this study was to evaluate the anticipation time and kinematic factors in the movement ofgoalkeepers’ center of mass when making a long-distance throw in handball. The sample group was composed of 14goalkeepers and field players. A force platform was used to measure the force of the goalkeepers’ reaction movements, whilethe throwers’ movements were recorded with high-speed cameras. In order to verify the hypothesis of a strict relationship between clinical improvement and extrapyramidal side-effects, especially micrographia, twenty-two acutely ill schizophrenics were treated with perphenazine in a controlled prospective 28-day trial. During the study period, psychopathometric data, prolactin plasma levels, and handwriting samples were collected. According to the remission criteria fixed before the study began (both BPRS ≤ 25 and GAS ≥ 80 points), 45.5% (10/22) of the total patient sample were classified as treatment responders. In dieser Kasuistik wird der Fall einer tuberkulosen Destruktion des rechten Sakroliakalgelenks eines 56-jahrigen Patienten vorgestellt. Auffallig sind die verspatete Diagnose durch Verwechslung der Beschwerdesymptomatik mit einer Lumbalgie durch Bandscheibenprolaps und die Abszedierung entlang der Psoasmuskulatur und in die umgebende intra- und extrapelvine Muskulatur. Die Therapie ist eine chirurgische, die durch eine einjahrige medikamentose Kombinationstherapie erganzt wird.
