Kuluttajan vaihtokäyttäytymistä estävät tekijät älypuhelinekosysteemissä

Älypuhelimet ovat viimeisempien vuosien aikana yleistyneet hurjaa vauhtia, jolloin niistä on myös tullut oleellinen osa jokapäiväistä elämäämme. Tällöin yhä useampi kuluttaja ei enää omaksu älypuhelinta uutena teknologisena innovaationa, mutta sen sijaan kuluttajat vaihtavat vanhan älypuhelimensa uuteen. Tästä huolimatta vaihtokäyttäytymisen tutkimus älypuhelimien tapauksessa on varsin vähäistä. Aikaisemmat tutkimukset niin teknologian omaksumisen ja hyväksymisen kuten myös vaihtokäyttäytymisen saralla ovat pääosin keskittyneet edistäviin ja mahdollistaviin tekijöihin.
