Crystal structure and Hirshfeld surface analysis of [N(CH3)4][2,2′-Fe(1,7-closo-C2B9H11)2]

Abstract This work investigates the meta -ferrabis(dicarbollide) anion that was isolated as salt of tetramethylammonium. The structure of the obtained crystal consisted of discrete [2,2′-Fe(1,7- closo -C 2 B 9 H 11 ) 2 ] − anions and disordered [N(CH 3 ) 4 ] + cations. The anion had a considerable chemical stability ensured by ionic and Van der Waals interactions. Thus, Hirshfeld surfaces and fingerprint plot were used to visualize, explore, and quantify intermolecular interactions in the crystal lattice of the title compound. This investigation proved that close contacts were dominated by H⋯H interactions.

Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli avata ja purkaa miesjohtajien isyydelle ja johtajuudelle antamia merkityksiä. Erityisen kiinnostuksen kohteena oli se, rakentavatko miesjohtajat isyyttään ja johtajuuttaan hyödyntäen perinteisiä ja dominoivia, jopa luonnollisiksi uskottuja totuuksia isyydestä ja johtajuudesta, vai ovatko isyyden ja johtajuuden merkitykset mahdollisesti muutoksessa. Miesjohtajien tutkiminen on tärkeää, koska johtajilla on vaikutusvaltaa organisaatioiden käytäntöihin niiden luojina ja hyväksyjinä. Tutkimuksen aineisto tuotettiin haastattelemalla 29 miesjohtajaa. Retos en la internacionalización y supervivencia de los nuevos emprendimientos manufactureros

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la orientación internacional y la supervivencia de empresas manufactureras de reciente creación. Para ello se estudió una muestra de 2.975 nuevos emprendimientos constituidos durante el período 2001-2010 en la industria textil-confección de España. Metodológicamente, se han empleado modelos de duración mediante regresiones de Cox, que modelizan el riesgo relativo asociado con una variable en función del tiempo transcurrido hasta que sucede el evento. Keskitymme artikkelissamme nuorten (alle 35-vuotiaiden), taiteilijoina toimivien yrittäjien ja freelancereiden näkemyksiin omasta työstään, työolosuhteistaan ja tuloistaan. Aineistonamme on Kulttuuripolitiikan edistämissäätiön ja Taiteen edistämiskeskuksen keräämä Nuoret taiteentekijät ‑kyselyaineisto vuodelta 2018 (n = 565).
