Leadership Effectiveness in Healthcare Settings: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Cross-Sectional and Before-After Studies

To work efficiently in healthcare organizations and optimize resources, team members should agree with their leader’s decisions critically. However, nowadays, little evidence is available in the literature. This systematic review and meta-analysis has assessed the effectiveness of leadership interventions in improving healthcare outcomes such as performance and guidelines adherence. Overall, the search strategies retrieved 3,155 records, and 21 of them were included in the meta-analysis. Two databases were used for manuscript research: PubMed and Scopus. El objetivo de esta tesis es la reconstrucción del patrimonio vinculado a la comunidad de la Corona de Aragón en Roma durante el tránsito entre la edad media y la moderna. Los límites cronológicos del trabajo son la fundación de las instituciones asistenciales hacia 1350, y la finalización de la primera etapa de la iglesia de la cofradía en 1522. Durante una primera etapa (h. 1350-1518) el colectivo estuvo aglutinado en torno a la casa-hospital de San Nicolás y la casa-hospital de Santa Margarita, fundadas por Jacoba Ferrandis y Margarita Pauli; y con posterioridad, en la cofradía de Nostra Dona de Montserrat, fundada en 1506. Spondyloarthritis are chronic inflammatory diseases affecting spine, peripheral joints and enthesis, as well as extra-articular sites (bowel, eyes, skin). Diagnosis of spondyloarthritis often is slow and requires a multidisciplinary approach. The “Early SpA Clinic” project aimed at improving the patient care and journeys, by solving some organizational issues existing in Rheumatology Clinics. Przedmiotem artykułu jest zastosowanie odpowiedzialności z tytułu zdarzeń medycznych oraz formalne wszczęcie odpowiedniego postępowania w tym zakresie. Autor zwraca szczególną uwagę na te kwestie, które powodują istotne problemy interpretacyjne, a także wymagają komentarza co do poprawności i słuszności rozwiązań przyjętych przez ustawodawcę. Omawia pojęcie „zdarzenia medycznego”, krąg podmiotów uprawnionych do wszczęcia postępowania w przedmiocie odpowiedzialności za zdarzenia medyczne oraz kwestie dotyczące złożenia wniosku do właściwej komisji i opisania jego wymogów formalnych.
