AbstractViolence at school is considered to be an important issue in Spain, despite the fact that the majority of secondary education students reject it. Over the last decade awareness has been raised with regard to this problem. In this study we aim to analyze the perception of school violence held by two very different groups of secondary education students. A sample of young Muslims (n=88) and young Valencians (n=88) (aged between 12 and 18) has been used, all of whom live in the city of Valencia (Spain) and study in 12 secondary educational centers in the city. Concerning the calculation of the color gamut in a digital camera

Several methods to determine the color gamut of any digital camera are shown. Since an input device is additive, its color triangle was obtained from their spectral sensitivities and it was compared with the theoretical sensors of Ives-Abney-Yule and MacAdam. On the other hand, the RGB digital data of the optimal or MacAdam colors were simulated to transform them into XYZ data according to the colorimetric profile of the digital camera. From this, the MacAdam limits associated to the digital camera are compared with the corresponding ones of the CIE-1931 XYZ standard observer, resulting that our color device has much smaller MacAdam loci than those of the colorimetric standard observer. This paper presents a study in which participants were asked to write their interpretations of two webpage design examples, based on what they thought they would say and what would remain as a thought. Purpose This study aims to examine whether the development of students’ sustainability competences is dependent on how courses are delivered at higher education institutions (HEIs). It further investigates to what extent such competences can affect students’ belief in the new environmental paradigm (NEP) and pro-environmental behaviors (PEBs).
