This open access book analyzes language education through a socio-material framework. The authors revisit their position as researchers by decentering themselves and humans in general from the main focus of research activities and giving way to the materialities that are agentive but often overlooked parts of our research contexts and processes. This study examines open access availability and self-archiving policies of 336 Finnish peer reviewed journals and serials which are classified at levels 1 to 3 in national Publication Forum. The study concludes that 53 % of Finnish peer reviewed publication channels are open access and 12 % of non-open access publication channels have defined their green open access policy to allow self-archiving. 6 % of publications practice delayed open access model and 2 % hybrid model. The study also concludes that only a small group of Finnish peer reviewed journals meet the focal Plan S requirements. peerReviewed

In this note I use a simple method to value a complex hybrid security. I evaluate a convertible callable bond issue, adopting an incremental approach where the different features of the hybrid security are added sequentially. In this setting, I solve backwards the game played at each node between the firm and the investors to understand how the price of the callable convertible bond is determined on the basis of the equilibrium behaviour of the players. This article addresses identities, hierarchies of knowledge and power relations in academia in postcolonial settings, in the context of development studies in Tanzania. Based on literatures on organizational identity and postcolonial hybridity, it establishes a conceptual lens of hybrid identity, scrutinizing how the identity of the discipline of development studies is constructed. This chapter briefly introduces a few critical aspects of online and hybrid Teachers’ Professional Development (TPD) program design, based on our experiences concerning the facilitation of hybrid TPD programs for Southeast Asian mathematics teachers. In particolare, il framework dei sistemi ibridi è stato utilizzato per tener conto delle dinamiche continue e discrete coinvolte nel processo di stima e della natura sporadica e tempo randomica delle misure provenienti da vari sensori di distanza e/o inerziali.
