Bērnu vēlēšanu tiesību ierobežojums vecuma cenza ietvaros

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt bērnu vēlēšanu tiesības, kuru realizācija vecuma cenza ietvaros ir liegta bērniem. Darbā apskatīts vēlēšanu tiesību ierobežojums bērniem vecuma cenza ietvaros un nepieciešamība pēc tā izmaiņām. Lai labāk izprastu šī ierobežojuma pamatotību, nepieciešamību pēc tā izmaiņām, pretargumentus tā pamatotībai, pētīta dažādu tiesu prakse, juridiskās prakses materiāli, dažādu valstu vēlēšanu tiesību sistēmas, politologu un juristu veiktie pētījumi, darba autora izveidotā aptauja. Temata izvēle nav nejauša, jo kopš Krimināllikuma spēkā stāšanās brīža, neskatoties uz virkni pieņemtajiem grozījumiem būtiska kaitējuma jēdziena satura konkretizēšanā un tiesu prakses pilnveidošanā, joprojām ir konstatējamas problēmas saistībā ar būtiska kaitējuma jēdziena satura atšķirīgo izpratni, konstatēšanu un pierādīšanu izmeklēšanas iestādē, prokuratūrā un tiesā. Banku sektors aizņem nozīmīgu vietu finanšu tirgū. Pēc 2008. gada finanšu krīzes ievērojami palielinājies banku sektora regulējums ar mērķi novērst krīzes katastrofālās sekas, nepieļaut to atkārtošanos, palielināt sabiedrības finanšu izglītību un apkarot baņķieru mantkārību. Brīvais tirgus kļuva par regulēto tirgu. Tomēr papildus ekonomiskajiem mērķiem (vai pat ekonomisko mērķu vietā), likumdevējam jāveicina arī nemateriālo vērtību sasniegšana banku sektorā, t.sk. noteiktas kristīgās vērtības. Alternative analysis of transient infiltration experiment to estimate soil water repellency

The repellency index (RI) defined as the adjusted ratio between soil‐ethanol, Se, and soil‐water, Sw, sorptivities estimated from minidisk infiltrometer experiments has been used instead of the widely used water drop penetration time and molarity of ethanol drop tests to assess soil water repellency. However, sorptivity calculated by the usual early‐time infiltration equation may be overestimated as the effects of gravity and lateral capillary are neglected. Krimināllikuma 102.pants paredz kriminālatbildību par noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem pret dabas vidi, taču praksē nākas saskarties ar problēmām noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāva kvalifikācijā. Vainīgās personas netiek sauktas pie kriminālatbildības, kā arī nav iespējams pierādīt personas vainu izdarītajā nodarījumā. The chapter examines the juridical construction of working woman in Italian cities during the medieval to modern period. This paper takes into consideration Timberlake Wertenbaker's adaptation of Ferrante's My Brilliant Friend (2016) for the radio. In particular, the focus of the paper is on the first of the four radioplays and on the dramatic strategies used and adaptation choices made by Wertenbaker. We shall focus on the use of two main adult voices (Lena and Lila), the use of the voice over, and the representation of time. The chapter also considers the image of "neapolitanity" offered in the radioplay, the reception with the British audience with respect to the meridionist idea of Southern Italy as poor and violent.
