The main objective of this paper is exploration of mechanisms clarifying work behaviors commonly known as bad. Researchers call it Counterproductive Work Behaviors (CWB). Understanding of those processes can lead to theoretical conclusions that could help to minimize those behaviors in organizations. Synthesis and characterization of a Cu(II) complex of 2-benzylmercapto-5- methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole (C10H10N2S 2)

A Cu(II) complex of 2-benzylmercapto-5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole was synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of the copper complex and the free ligand were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction at room temperature: {[Cu(C10H10N2S2) 2(Cl)2], P1 triclinic, a = 8.1450(2) Å, b = 8.1690(2) Å, c = 10.8180(3) Å, α = 97.4040(12)°, β = 101.6270(11)°, γ = 116.1431(14)°; C10H10N2S2 ligand, Pbca orthorhombic, a = 8.7938(7) Å, b = 9.6491(7) Å, c = 25.3552(18) Å}. Audiovisual constructs of Paralympic Games : scalarity and camera angle

This research will analyze the variables differentiating between the audiovisual television of the XIII edition of the Paralympic Games and the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, held in Beijing from the 7th of September to the 17th, 2008. This study will serve as a methodological basis for similar future research. By means of a qualitative and quantitative methodology, this study also focuses on determining if TV representations of Paralympic sportspersons favour their social integration or if, on the contrary, lead to higher stigmatization.

A method based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) and micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) was developed for the simultaneous determination of carbendazim, imazalil, methylthiophanate, O-phenylphenol, prochloraz, procimidone, thiabendazole and triadimefon residues in grape, lettuce, orange and tomato. Selectivity and resolution were studied changing the pH and the concentration of the buffer, the type and concentration of surfactant and the methanol content in the mobile phase. A buffer consisting of 4 mM borate with 75 mM sodium cholate (pH 9.2) gave the best results. The present study focuses on the regulation of diatoxanthin (Dtx) epoxidation in the diadinoxanthin (Ddx) cycle containing algae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Thalassiosira pseudonana, Cyclotella meneghiniana and Prymnesium parvum and its significance for the control of the photosystem II (PS II) antenna function. Our data show that Dtx epoxidase can exhibit extremely high activities when algal cells are transferred from high light (HL) to low light (LL). Under HL conditions, Dtx epoxidation is strongly inhibited by the light-driven proton gradient. Uncoupling of the cells during HL illumination restores the high epoxidation rates observed during LL.
