Budd-Chiari syndrome may be defined as a heterogeneous group of vascular disorders characterized by obstruction of hepatic venous return to the level of hepatic venules, supra-hepatic veins, inferior vena cava or right atrium. The main cause of this syndrome is represented by myeloproliferative diseases and, in particular, by polycythemia vera. The latter may cause multiple splanchnic thrombosis, including portal vein thrombosis, particularly important for its clinical outcomes (ascites, collateral vessels genesis, etc.). L'articolo ricostruisce la tendenza all’accentramento nel governo delle finanze pubbliche e l’eccessiva distanza fra testo costituzionale e diritto costituzionale vivente per analizzare l'attuazione del Recovery Plan (PNRR) rilevando un ulteriore tendenza all’accentramento del governo della spesa. Si indagano dunque le ragioni della compressione dell’autonomia finanziaria di spesa per effetto del principio di indifferenza e del “doppio intreccio federale”. Per migliorare la comprensione del ruolo giocato dalle banche di credito cooperativo nel corso della crisi e per valutare le strategie adottate dalle BCC per ridurre i propri svantaggi è, quindi, utile un’analisi più articolata a livello territoriale delle informazioni già proposte a livello nazionale. Le domande a cui si cercherà di rispondere sono: risultano di erenze spaziali e tem- porali dell’impatto della crisi globale sull’evoluzione dei crediti alla clientela (imprese e famiglie) e dei crediti deteriorati (non performing) delle BCC? Dopo l’irrompere della crisi iniziata nel 2007, vi sono stati cambiamenti nelle relazioni tra le BCC e i loro clienti? E in quale direzione?

Dog sperm head morphometry: its diversity and evolution

Dogs have been under strong artificial selection as a consequence of their relationship with man. Differences between breeds are evident that could be reflected in seminal characteristics. The present study was to evaluate differences in sperm head morphometry between seven well-defined breeds of dog: the British Bulldog, Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Spanish Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, and Valencian Rat Hunting dog. Semen samples were obtained by masturbation and smears stained with Diff-Quik. Morphometric analysis (CASA-Morph) produced four size and four shape parameters. Capital Regulation and Italian Banking System: Theory and Empirical Evidence

This paper aims to investigate the role of capital for banking institutions and provide an empirical analysis on large Italian banks’ capital adequacy. The paper is organized as follows. The first section introduces to the issue of the paper. The second section explains why the capital is important in the economics of banking firm. The paper reviews the theoretical literature on bank capital regulation. Empirical results on large Italian banks are reported on the third section. The final section contains summary and concluding comments.

Complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments of clerodane diterpenoids of Salvia splendens.

Unambiguous and complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for five clerodane diterpenes, four of them isolated from Salvia splendens (salviarin, splendidin and splenolides A and B) and one obtained by acetylation of splenolide A, are presented. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated [1H,1H–COSY, 1H,13C-gHSQC–1J(C,H) and 1H,13C-gHMBC-nJ(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)] and nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) experiments.
