Pluskwiaki różnoskrzydłe (Hemiptera: Heteroptera) zimujące pod korą platanów klonolistnych Platanus x acerifolia w Polsce

The paper presents the results of three-year studies conducted at 75 locations in Poland testing the use of the London planes for overwintering of true-bugs. Insects were sampled from the bark of trunks. Altogether 25 species of Heteroptera was recorded, including three invasive species that can considerable affect plane trees: Arocatus longiceps, Corythucha ciliata and Oxycarenus lavaterae.

Jebkura uzņēmējdarbības forma pieprasa pilnvērtīgu grāmatvedības uzskaites veikšanu, kas pēdējo gadu laikā arvien biežāk tiek nodota grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu sniedzējiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir, veicot grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu nozares izpēti un analīzi un pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, definēt nozarē pastāvošos riskus un šīs jomas attīstības iespējas, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus un rekomendācijas grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu nozares darbības uzlabošanai. Pētījuma ietvaros tika konstatēti būtiski nozari ietekmējoši riski, kā arī izvirzīti priekšlikumi to mazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem.

Tässä integroivassa kirjallisuuskatsauksessa selvitettiin, miten ammatillista kuntoutusta ja tuettua työllistymistä koskevassa kansainvälisessä kirjallisuudessa on jäsennetty työnantajien ja työhönvalmennuksen ammattilaisten välistä yhteistyötä ja suhdetta. Keskityimme siihen, millaiset työnantajayhteistyön toimintatavat ja strategiat on nähty toimiviksi ja miten yhteistyösuhdetta rakennetaan ja ylläpidetään. Aineiston muodostivat yksilöityjen hakukriteerien avulla valikoidut 19 tekstiä tieteellisistä aikakauslehdistä. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisen analyysin periaatteita hyödyntäen. The process of envisioning the future is central to teachers’ identity construction, but different environments create distinct sociocultural conditions for the process. This qualitative study drawing on visual-textual methods compares Finnish and Brazilian student teachers’ desired and feared professional futures. Two different perspectives on future identities were detected: a desire for status and a desire for meaningfulness. The results revealed the radically different social status of teaching in the two countries and the role this played in the envisioned identities. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tavoitteena oli kartoittaa tunnetyön kuormittavuutta suomalaisella terveydenhuoltoalalla. Työn vaatimusten ja voimavarojen mallia (JD-R) hyödyntäen tutkimme, kuinka tunnetyön kuormittavuus työn vaatimustekijänä ja transformationaalinen johtajuus sekä palvelumotivaatio työn voimavaratekijöinä ovat yhteydessä työuupumukseen. Tutkimusaineistoon valikoitui 1450 hoitotyöntekijää, joiden tunnetyön kuormittavuutta (mitattuna emotionaalisella dissonanssilla), palvelumotivaatioita, koettua transformationaalista johtajuutta ja työuupumusta (mitattuna uupumusasteisena väsymyksenä) kartoitettiin kyselylomakkeen avulla. The relative contributions of these agroecosystem components to agricultural production remain unclear because of inter-relations and weather-dependant variations. El retículo proporciona una óptima herramienta no perturbativa para el cálculo de dichos elementos de matriz con incertidumbres del 1% y errores sistemáticos bajo control. The two-loop gluino's corrections on the inclusive b ---> x(s) gamma decay in the CP violation MSSM with large tan beta

We investigate two-loop gluino corrections to the effective Lagrangian for b ! s g in the minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model (MSSM) at large tan , including the contributions in which quark flavor change is mediated by charginos. Using the translation invariance of loop momenta and the Ward-Takahashi identities that are required by the SU3 c U1 em gauge invariance, we simplify our expressions to concise forms. As an example, we discuss two-loop gluino corrections to the CP asymmetry of inclusive B ! Xs decay in CP violating MSSM. peerReviewed
