Viral and cellular determinants of hepatitis C virus RNA replication in cell culture.

Studies on the replication of hepatitis C virus (HCV) have been facilitated by the development of selectable subgenomic replicons replicating in the human hepatoma cell line Huh-7 at a surprisingly high level. Analysis of the replicon population in selected cells revealed the occurrence of cell culture-adaptive mutations that enhance RNA replication substantially. To gain a better understanding of HCV cell culture adaptation, we characterized conserved mutations identified by sequence analysis of 26 independent replicon cell clones for their effect on RNA replication. This article explores the development of the theme of the Life-giving Spring in Byzantine iconography. The path towards its establishment was initiated at the moment when a representation rule, an original convention was set. Thereafter, because of its diffusion in time and space, the theme became enriched by particular mentalities and sensibilities of the epochs and the communities that adopted it as a form of devotion for the Virgin Theotokos. Maailma muuttuu, ja niin muuttuu kielikin. Matkapuhelinten ja varsinkin internetin myötä kirjoitettu kieli on jo kohta noin pari vuosikymmentä ollut muutosvaiheessa – jotkut saattavat jopa miettiä, onko kirjoittaminen enää lainkaan tarpeellista ihmisten välisessä viestinnässä. Tässä kandidaatintutkielmassa keskitytään tarkastelemaan sanojen muodostumista sekä hymiöiden käyttöä synkronoidussa eli reaaliaikaisessa online - keskusteluhuoneessa DeviantART-sivustolla. In France, when we speak about the animal associated to celtic people, everybody thinks and mentions wildboar. This topic meanly emerged from XIXe historiography, but Archaeozoology shows that this animal is very rare in every kinds of sites (settelments, shrines or cemeteries). In other hand, the excavations of these sites give a great amount of pig bones, this animal is in fact one of the more important in celtic husbandry and meat production. The aim of this paper is to illustrate the difference between historiographic and archaeological evidences.

Joannes Molanus, teolog, rektor Uniwersytetu w Louvain napisał obszerny traktat, który miał być pomocą dla biskupów i księży, w szczegółowym zastosowaniu ogólnego dekretu soborowego o obrazach. Molanus odrzucił te sposoby obrazowania, które nie są oparte na Biblii, a na apokryfach. Zerwał także z niektórymi przedstawieniami alegorycznymi czy wschodnimi.
