MR-Tomographie versus CT-Arthrographie bei glenohumeralen Instabilitäten

In a prospective study the diagnostic value of MRI compared to CT arthrography (CT-A) was evaluated in 26 patients with 27 instable shoulder joints. Surgical and/or arthroscopic correlation was available in all cases. Both methods showed a high accuracy (96% CT-A, 94% MRI) in the evaluation of the glenoid labrum. CT-A was significantly superior to MRI in the detection of capsular lesions (sensitivity 96% vs. 44%, accuracy 96% vs. 72%, negative predictive value 96% vs. 67%). Artykuł podejmuje problematykę statusu administracyjnego muzealiów w hiszpańskim systemie prawnym. Przedstawiono założenia ustawy o hiszpańskim dziedzictwie historycznym z 1985 r., która reguluje status dóbr kultury BIC (bienes de interés cultural) – zarówno ruchomości, jak i nieruchomości – oraz poziomy ochrony w zależności od kategorii. Omówiono procedurę nadawania statusu BIC i systemy katalogowania dóbr kultury. System ochrony dóbr kultury w Hiszpanii jest mocno zdecentralizowany, co dotyczy również funkcjonowania muzeów. Freshwater mussels are considered suitable bioindicators and used in real-time remote monitoring systems to detecting disturbances on ecosystems. One of the most successful methods is the valvometric technique that exploits the Hall sensor to measure the valve gaping behavior of mussels. The present research investigated differences in the brain dynamics of continuous, real-world music listening between listeners with and without professional musical training, using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). A replication study was aimed at validating the reliability of the naturalistic approach to studying brain responses to music, wherein the brain signal and the acoustic information extracted from the musical stimulus were correlated. This article focuses on the place that proper names originating from rock, or popular music in general, take or could take in dictionaries of proper names. It starts with an overview of onomástica published thus far, revealing a limited interest of Polish researchers in proper nouns related to this form of artistic activity. This discovery prompted the author to share his suggestions regarding such an onomasticon, or even onomástica, where names from popular music and specific categories would take a central place. Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplementation on statin-induced myopathy. Participants and Methods We searched the MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and EMBASE databases (November 1, 1987, to May 1, 2014) to identify randomized controlled trials investigating the impact of CoQ10 on muscle pain and plasma creatine kinase (CK) activity as 2 measures of statin-induced myalgia.
